This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the procedure for using the website https://aitmedia.kz/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website), as well as the rights, obligations, and liability of the Website users and the Website administration.
By starting to use the Website, browsing its pages, materials, services, feedback forms, commenting on publications, subscribing to updates, or otherwise interacting with the Website, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms of this Agreement.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The administrator of the Website is AIT MEDIA LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Administration).
1.2. A Website user is any individual or legal entity that accesses the Website through the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the User).
1.3. This Agreement is a public document and applies to all Users of the Website regardless of the purpose of using the Website.
1.4. The Administration may at any time amend, supplement, or update this Agreement without prior notice to Users. A new version shall become effective from the moment it is published on the Website.
1.5. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, the User must stop using the Website.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Website provides the User with access to informational materials, news, analytics, multimedia content, reading services, feedback forms, subscription to updates, comments, and other functions available on the Website.
2.2. The use of certain Website services may be governed by additional rules, notices, policies, or terms published on the relevant pages of the Website.
2.3. This Agreement does not regulate issues related to republication, quotation, copying, distribution, or use of editorial materials by third parties. Such matters are governed by a separate document — the Materials Use Agreement.
3. User Rights and Obligations
3.1. The User has the right to:
- view the Website materials for personal non-commercial purposes unless otherwise expressly stated on the Website;
- use the available Website services within their intended functionality;
- send inquiries to the Administration through the forms provided on the Website;
- leave comments and other messages if such functionality is available.
3.2. The User undertakes to:
- comply with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the terms of this Agreement;
- refrain from actions that may disrupt the normal operation of the Website;
- not use the Website to distribute false, unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful information;
- not attempt unauthorized access to functionality, accounts, data, source code, administrative sections, or any other parts of the Website;
- not upload or distribute through the Website malicious software, viruses, scripts, automated requests, or any other code capable of harming the Website, the Administration, or third parties;
- not use the Website for mass copying, parsing, scraping, indexing outside standard search engine rules, data harvesting, or any other automated extraction of information without the Administration’s written permission;
- not impersonate another person, a representative of an organization, a member of the editorial staff, or any other entity without proper authority.
4. Registration, Subscription, and Account Data
4.1. To use certain Website functions, the User may be asked to provide certain information, including name, email address, phone number, and other details.
4.2. The User undertakes to provide accurate, up-to-date, and non-misleading information.
4.3. The User is responsible for safeguarding their account credentials if the Website provides registration or authorization functionality.
4.4. All actions performed using the User’s account shall be deemed to have been performed by the User until the Administration is notified of possible unauthorized access.
4.5. The Administration may restrict, suspend, or terminate the User’s access to certain Website services in the event of a violation of this Agreement or where there are grounds to believe that the Website is being used unfairly or unlawfully.
5. Comments and User Content
5.1. If the Website provides commenting functionality, the User may post comments, reviews, messages, and other materials within the available functionality.
5.2. The User may not post content that:
- violates the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- contains defamation, insults, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory statements;
- violates copyright, related rights, personal non-property rights, or any other rights of third parties;
- contains advertising, spam, fraudulent offers, or covert promotion of goods and services without the Administration’s approval;
- contains malicious links, phishing elements, or other dangerous materials.
5.3. By posting user content, the User confirms that they hold the necessary rights to post such content and bear sole responsibility for it.
5.4. The Administration may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, edit, hide, reject, or delete any user content if it considers such content to violate this Agreement, the rights of third parties, moral standards, or applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All items размещенные on the Website, including texts, design, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, software code, page structure, and other elements, are objects of intellectual property and are protected by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international rules.
6.2. The use of intellectual property objects posted on the Website is permitted only in cases and in the manner expressly provided by law, this Agreement, and the separate Materials Use Agreement.
6.3. It is prohibited to use the Website’s materials and technical elements for training artificial intelligence models, automated rewriting, synthetic news generation, creation of datasets, news databases, and content archives without the Administration’s written permission.
7. Website Operation and Service Availability
7.1. The Administration makes reasonable efforts to ensure the proper functioning of the Website, but does not guarantee that the Website will operate continuously, without errors, and at all times.
7.2. The Administration may at any time change the structure, design, functionality, list of services, availability of sections, and content of the Website without prior notice to Users.
7.3. The Administration may carry out technical works, updates, modernization, diagnostics, and other actions that may result in temporary restrictions on access to the Website or its individual functions.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Website and all materials and services posted on it are provided on an “as is” basis.
8.2. The Administration shall not be liable for:
- temporary unavailability of the Website;
- technical failures, errors, interruptions, data loss, or delays in processing information;
- consequences of using or being unable to use the Website;
- the content, accuracy, and legality of user comments and other materials posted by Users;
- actions of third parties, including telecom operators, providers, hosting providers, platforms, social networks, and external services.
8.3. The Website materials are for informational purposes only and do not constitute individual advice, a recommendation, a guarantee of result, or an official position of government bodies, organizations, or third parties unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. External Links and Third-Party Services

9.2. Following such links is carried out voluntarily by the User and at the User’s own risk.
9.3. The Administration does not control the content or terms of use of third-party resources and shall not be responsible for their availability, security, privacy policy, content, or consequences of their use.
10. Privacy and Data
10.1. The procedure for processing personal data, cookies, and other information received when using the Website is determined by a separate Privacy Policy published on the Website.
10.2. By using the Website, the User confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree to the terms of data processing to the extent necessary for the functioning of the Website and provision of its services.
11. Termination of Access and Protection of Rights
11.1. The Administration may, without prior notice, restrict or terminate the User’s access to the Website or its individual functions in the event of a violation of this Agreement, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the rights of third parties, or where there is a threat to the security of the Website.
11.2. In case of violation of the rights of the Administration, editorial staff, authors, partners, or other rights holders, the Administration may use all remedies provided by law, including sending demands for content removal, blocking access, cessation of violation, and compensation for damages.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
12.2. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the use of the Website and this Agreement shall be resolved in the manner prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
13. Final Provisions
13.1. Invalidity of one or more provisions of this Agreement shall not result in the invalidity of its remaining provisions.
13.2. Failure of the Administration to act in the event of a User’s violation of this Agreement shall not deprive the Administration of the right to take appropriate measures later.
13.3. The current version of this User Agreement shall always be available on the Website.
