This Agreement defines the rules and conditions for using the materials and services of https://aitmedia.kz/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
By using the Website, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and accept its terms in full.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The administrator of the Website is AIT MEDIA LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator).
1.2. A Website user is any person who accesses the Website via the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the User).
1.3. Use of the Website by the User means the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
1.4. The Administrator may amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice to Users. The new version becomes effective from the moment it is published on the Website.
1.5. All texts, articles, news items, analytical materials, photographs, images, graphics, infographics, videos, audio, illustrations, design elements, software code, and other content published on the Website are hereinafter referred to as Materials.
2. Copyright
2.1. All Materials published on the Website are protected by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international intellectual property rules.
2.2. Exclusive rights to the Materials published on the Website belong to the Administrator or other respective rights holders.
2.3. Use of the Materials is allowed only within the limits established by this Agreement and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Use of Text Materials
3.1. Quoting text materials from the Website is allowed in an amount not exceeding 30% of the original text.
3.2. When using text materials, it is mandatory to:
- indicate AITMEDIA.KZ as the source;
- place an active hyperlink to the original publication;
- include the link in the first paragraph of the material.
3.3. The following is prohibited:
- full copying of texts;
- copying headlines and subheadings;
- automatic republication of news materials;
- creation of mirror websites;
- publishing materials without a source link.
4. Use of Photos, Graphics and Multimedia
4.1. Photographs, infographics, illustrations, videos and other multimedia materials may be used only if the following are preserved:
- the website logo;
- watermarks;
- the source notice © AITMEDIA.KZ.
4.2. The following is prohibited:
- removing watermarks;
- modifying images;
- cropping for the purpose of removing the logo;
- altering graphics or infographics.
4.3. Any commercial use of multimedia materials is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Administrator.
5. Exclusive Materials
5.1. Materials marked as “Exclusive”, “Author’s Column”, “Investigation”, or “Special Project” may not be copied, republished or distributed without the written permission of the Administrator.
6. Restrictions on Automated Use of Materials
6.1. Automated collection of Website materials using the following is prohibited:
- parsers;
- scripts;
- bots;
- aggregators;
- machine learning tools.
6.2. It is prohibited to use the Website Materials for:
- training artificial intelligence systems;
- creating automated news aggregators;
- building news databases;
- mass copying, rewriting, or automated transformation of content without the Administrator’s written permission.
6.3. The Administrator has the right to restrict access to the Website for IP addresses and services that perform automated collection, indexing outside standard search engine rules, mass copying, or any other unfair use of the content.
7. Partner and Third-Party Materials
7.1. Some Materials published on the Website may belong to news agencies, partners, or other rights holders.
7.2. Such materials are published on the Website strictly on a publication-rights basis.
7.3. Any republication, copying, distribution or other use of such materials without the permission of the relevant rights holder is prohibited.
8. User Comments
8.1. Users may leave comments on Materials if such functionality is available on the Website.
8.2. User comments must not:
- violate the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- contain insults, defamation, threats, or hate speech;
- contain spam, hidden advertising, or malicious links;
- violate the rights and legitimate interests of third parties.
8.3. The Administrator has the right, without explanation, to remove comments, limit the publication of messages, and block users’ access to certain Website services.
8.4. The Administrator is not responsible for the content of user comments.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Administrator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website.
9.2. The Administrator shall not be liable for technical failures, temporary unavailability of the Website, loss of data, or any other consequences resulting from the use of or inability to use the Website.

11. Protection of the Administrator’s Rights
11.1. In case of violation of this Agreement, the Administrator may demand removal of unlawfully published materials, cessation of the violation, proper source attribution, and may apply other remedies provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
11.2. Where necessary, the Administrator may contact hosting providers, platform owners, search engines, advertising networks, social platforms, and other parties in order to protect its rights and legitimate interests.
12. Governing Law
12.1. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Website and this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
